Booking & Payment Terms

1. Reservation confirmed once the security deposit is paid (approx. 30 % of the total); details sent by email.

2. Remaining balance plus deposit due at least 2 days before arrival (cash on-site by prior agreement).

3. Security Deposit: €300 (refunded within 5 days after checkout and final inspection).

4. Final Cleaning Fee: Up to €170, depending on property condition.

5. Minor Breakages: Bulbs and accidental crockery damage (up to €50) are covered by the rental fee.

6. Negligence or Major Damage: Costs above €50 (e.g., furniture damage) will be deducted from the security deposit.
