Booking & Payment Terms

1. A ~30 % prepayment secures your reservation; you’ll receive full details by email.

2. Remaining balance plus security deposit due 2 days before arrival.

3. Security Deposit: Season-dependent, minimum €300; refunded within 5 days after checkout and final inspection.

4. Final Cleaning: Up to €100, depending on the property’s condition.

5. Minor Breakages: Bulbs and accidental crockery damage (up to €50) are covered by the rental fee.

6. Negligence or Major Damage: Costs above €50 (e.g., furniture breakage) will be deducted from your deposit.
