2. The remaining balance plus security deposit must be paid at least 2 days before arrival.

3. Security Deposit: Season-dependent, minimum €300; refunded within 5 days of departure after the final cleaning inspection.

4. Final Cleaning Fee: Up to €170 (depending on property condition).

5. Minor Breakages: Bulbs and accidental crockery damage (up to €50) are covered by the rental fee.

6. Negligence or Major Damage: Costs above €50 (e.g., furniture breakage) will be deducted from the security deposit.
