Booking & Payment Terms

1. Reservation is confirmed upon payment of the security deposit; full instructions will be emailed.

2. Remaining balance plus security deposit due at least 2 days before arrival (cash payment on-site possible by prior agreement).

3. Security Deposit: €500 (refunded within 5 days after checkout and final inspection).

4. Final Cleaning Fee: €250 (may vary based on property condition).

5. Minor Breakages: Items like light bulbs or accidental crockery damage up to €50 are covered by the rental fee.

6. Negligence or Major Damage: Costs over €50 (e.g., furniture damage) will be deducted from your deposit.
