Booking & Payment Terms

1. A ~30 % prepayment secures your booking; full instructions are sent via email.

2. Remaining balance plus deposit due 2 days before arrival.

3. Security Deposit: Season-dependent, minimum €300; refunded within 5 days after checkout and final inspection.

4. Final Cleaning Fee: Up to €170 (depends on property condition).

5. Minor Breakages: Light bulbs and accidental crockery damage up to €50 are covered by the rental fee.

6. Negligence or Major Damage: Costs above €50 (e.g., furniture damage) will be deducted from your deposit.
