Rental Conditions
1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION / AGREEMENT
The booking confirmation serves as the formal rental agreement between the guest (Lessee) and G&G Rentals (Lessor). It includes the property, its furnishings, and any additional services outlined in your booking confirmation. Only the guests listed in the confirmation are permitted to stay in the property.
2. RENTAL TYPES
2.1 Short-Term Rentals:
For short-term stays, the rental price typically includes electricity, water, gas, and internet unless stated otherwise. Final cleaning fees are not included and will be charged separately. In specific properties such as villas and houses, pool heating fee can be added.
2.2 Long-Term Rentals:
For long-term stays, utility charges (electricity, water, gas, internet) based on consumption and final cleaning costs are billed separately. Your stay must be paid upfront for all your stay.
3. PET POLICY
Pets are permitted only at select properties explicitly indicated on the G&G Rentals website. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet. Pet owners are fully responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their pets during their stay.
4. SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is permitted exclusively in designated outdoor areas. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in additional charges covering cleaning, damage repairs, or replacements, determined by the property owner.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
All properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Final cleaning is an additional charge, clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay and leave the property in good condition upon departure.
6. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
Guests are fully responsible for any damages or losses occurring during their rental period. Damages or malfunctions, such as leaks or electrical problems, must be reported immediately to G&G Rentals for prompt resolution. Any unreported damages discovered upon check-out will be charged directly to the guest. Costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately if the deposit does not cover the damage.
7. BOOKING FEE / SECURITY DEPOSIT
Guests pay a booking fee that acts simultaneously as a security deposit. This deposit secures your reservation and covers potential damages or additional costs. The security deposit is refundable after a satisfactory property inspection at the end of your stay, subject to deductions for damages or outstanding charges.
8. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any complaints, concerns, or feedback, guests can reach us via email at: ggcoastrentals@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the booking fee/security deposit is non-refundable. We recommend contacting your travel insurance provider for potential coverage in such cases.
If your reserved accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, G&G Rentals will offer alternative accommodations of similar quality and pricing, if possible. If no alternatives are available, we will fully refund your booking fee.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
G&G Rentals will not be responsible for cancellations or any inconvenience arising from circumstances outside of our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, government actions, or similar unforeseen events.
11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
G&G Rentals is not responsible for additional costs or issues arising from guest-provided inaccuracies, typographical, technical, or translation errors. Guests should always carefully review and confirm all booking details and agreements.
12. ADDITIONAL TERMS
Standard check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Special arrangements for early or late arrivals/departures must be confirmed in writing in advance and may incur extra fees.
Properties must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, including furnishings and outdoor areas. Lost keys result in a €250 deduction from your deposit for lock replacement. Door-opening service charges are €100 between 07:00-20:00, and €100 outside these hours, plus locksmith and lock replacement costs, if necessary.
If accommodations fail to meet expectations upon arrival or during your stay, guests must inform G&G Rentals immediately. Unreported issues will not be considered after check-out.
